Returns & Exchanges

At PatPat, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. All returned products must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to generate a return request.

• 2.
  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the provided prepaid shipping label or use your own carrier to send the items back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at your nearest postal service or designated courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
